The INITIAL QUOTE is a ball park estimate of what a jewelry project, like the one you are contemplating, will require you to invest. After you have approved the initial quote, and have approved the design via the MATRIX CAD computer images we show to you, then you will receive a FINAL QUOTE. The CAD computer program tells us how much metal will be required to manufacture your project. The amount of gold or platinum required for a particular design cannot be obtained until the MATRIX models are completed. Once you receive a FINAL QUOTE, we guarantee that the price will not change for that specific custom design project. So, there are absolutely no surprises ever for your wallet! If you decide to change the specifications of your project prior to manufacturing, for example you add more diamonds to a ring design, then you will be given an updated final quote which accounts for your addition of the extra diamonds. Once you have approved the updated FINAL QUOTE, then it is one again guaranteed not to change during manufacture. So, you know ahead of time exactly what the custom jewelry you are be purchasing will look like (thanks to the designers and their computers) and you know exactly how much you will be investing to create your new piece of jewelry. For example... if during manufacturing we find that the creation of your custom jewelry is taking more labour time or more precious metal than originally projected, Jewellery Artists 3D covers the additional costs of manufacturing for you since your final quote was guaranteed at a fixed price when manufacturing started.
