We offer FREE Insured FedEx Priority shipping with all our finished Custom Design Orders for delivery to clients in Canada and the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. YES, FREE shipping with no strings attached! If you are outside North America, then we will add a small charge for insured shipping, the amount of which depends on where we are shipping to.

How do we ship your jewelry?
We only ship via Insured FedEx Priority Courier. All shipments are sent for overnight delivery and are held at the local FedEx Depot of your choice. You must let us know the exact FedEx depot where you wish to pick up your purchase. For a list of FedEx depots, click here. You must make sure that you do not have a FedEx release signature on file with FedEx.

Delivery within Canada to most larger urban areas is overnight. If your location is more remote, it will usually take an extra day. If you are outside of Canada, our experience shows that sometimes your FedEx shipment may take 2-3 business days to arrive due to delays at customs. Custom tariffs and brokerage fees charged on imported goods vary from country to country. Please check with your appropriate agency to determine if you will be charged any fees when importing your purchase. Any customs or third party duties and/or fees of any kind are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please do your homework prior to purchase.

We cover the FedEx and insurance charges to ship your final finished custom designed jewelry project to you. Some of our clients wish to inspect the diamond before it is set in their custom jewelry project. We are happy to facilitate this. If you wish to inspect the diamond before it is set in your custom jewelry project, then you cover the costs for shipping the diamond both ways. Alternatively, you can fly in to Vancouver for the weekend (it's a fabulous city!) and view your diamond in person at our store. Either way, we are happy to accommodate your requests.

Guarantees on Custom Projects

Due to the customized nature of our work, we are making jewelry designs to your personalized specifications and to your particular gemstones. You have numerous opportunities to fully view and approve the design before your project goes into production. With our CAD based computer photos of your project, none of our clients have ever made an error in judgement with respect to the design specifications of their project when we are creating their jewelry project with our computer design tools and guiding them with our design and artistic experience. You will know exactly how your project is going to look well before you receive the finished piece. We take care to make sure you are happy with everything PRIOR to starting the manufacture of your jewelry project in metal. If, despite all of our checking and double checking we do to ensure you are totally happy with your design, you happen to make an error in juegement when it comes to your project, then we will re-make your project for you (one time only) at no additional charge, provided that there is no upgrade in manufacturing required to make your changes. If your error in judgement requires a re-make that also involves an upgrade, then you will be charged just for the upgrade fee. We will cover the rest of the manufacturing costs under warranty. This warranty does not extend to projects that clients start off commissioning as one type of jewelry item, a ring for example, and end up  requesting a re-make into another type of jewelry item, for example remaking that ring into a pendant. This warranty is for a client who has operated in good faith and has made an accidental error in judgement. As we have stated, this has never yet occurred in our business when we have been showing clients our pre-manufacture computer photos of their designs. However, Jewellery Artists 3D reserves the right to not honor this warranty if it is being abused or not used in the spirit in which it is intended. We regret that due to the nature of our custom work, we cannot offer refunds on commissioned custom items.
