Use our Check, Tighten & Refurbish Service which....

1.	Checks your gemstones for tightness and looseness in their current settings.

2.	Inspects the integrity of your gemstone settings ....which means that, whether your gems are set into claws, bezels, channels, pave or tension mountings, each setting willl be inspected for integrity, minimum metal thickness tolerances, worn areas from repetitive rubbing or daily wear, metal fatigue and overall strength remaining in the setting.

3.	Tightens each gemstone setting securely around your gems.

4.	Restores the metal parts of your jewelry to look like new! The precious metal, whether gold or platinum, from which your jewelry is created, will be softly sanded and polished with care to a like new lustre.

5.	Prevents gemstones from being lost due to inappropriate maintenance or lack of maintenance for your precious jewelry items. We have seen so many rings (not made by us) that have lost gemstones due to poorly maintained gemstone settings. Restyling Jewelry...

To transform your inherited jewelry into items you love....

1.	You can have us create an addition to your inherited jewelry. Jewellery Artists 3D can turn your grandma's solitaire engagement ring, for example, into a dinner ring without taking apart the original ring. With our CAD system, we can even show you computer photos of what your finished design would look like BEFORE we start altering your original jewelry. In this way, you can be CERTAIN that you are going to love the change. Sometimes changing inherited jewelry is difficult for the individuals who have inherited the jewelry as they are afraid that they will not like the changes once they are done. None of our clients ever worry because we show our computer photos before the permanent changes to your ring occur....making it easy and stress free to update your jewelry and make it wearable in your life. When someone gives you jewelry, they really do want you to wear it, and not hide it away in a drawer or safety deposit box. They want their jewelry to be part of your life...and we have the best ways to make that transition easy, fun and memorable.

2.	If you have multiple inherited jewelry pieces that you want to combine into one, or if you want to use your inherited gemstones in a new piece and trade in the old metal for new metal, which enables you to use white gold instead of yellow gold for example, our full custom creation services using our 3D CAD will be perfect for you. We can start with a computer sketch of what your piece could look like and then once you are happy with the overall design concept, we can go on to create your custom jewelry in our 3D computer CAD program where we refine the concepts and ideas for your design and put it together in a 3 dimensional computer model for you to see and critique. Once you are totally in love with the computer model, then we start with our manufacturing processes in wax and metal to create your finished jewelry.

Jewelry Restoration....

To restore your jewelry to its original conditions, we....

1.	Analyze the original state of repair of your jewelry item. Many jewelry items that are handed down are in very fragile condition and need top quality restoration services to make them able to endure the daily wear and tear we exert on our jewelry.

2.	Retip the settings of your diamonds and gemstones so that you will not lose them when you wear your inherited jewelry

3.	Re-shank the ring if it has worm thin at the back. This is necessary to aviod cracking and possible breakage of the ring shank.

4.	Match and replace any missing and/or dammaged gemstones

5.	Straighten pieces of the jewelry which have accidentally bent or taken on a curvature different than that which the design dictates.

6.	Build up and strengthen the bails of pendants which wear thin and possibly break off over time. When a bail wears through, your pendant can simply drop off your chain without you knowing and your pendant is often lost forever.

7.	Refurbish the surface by sanding out the accumulated scratches from the years of wear and by polishing that surface to a new looking mirror polish.

8.	Arrange any independant appraisals that you may require to obtain insurance for your newly inherited items. We have an excellent independant appraiser who is not only very qualified, but also extremely willing to answer any questions you may have about your inherited items.
